Erik Frank

Erik Frank

Since the first time we worked with Erik at an offsite in the UK back in 2008, it was clear that Erik was born to be a performance leader – he had all the natural instincts and qualities to lead through performance and in turn, delivered results. He wrapped his arms around key high performance concepts and immediately began the journey to make them personal.

Since then, he has continually demonstrated the desire to get better at what he does and to learn - like any athlete, he’s continually looking to improve. At the same time, Erik is a rockstar when it comes to cause and effect – he really understands his performance and that of the people he leads and knows under what conditions particular recipes will be successful – his tactical awareness is superb.

In a leader of Erik’s experience and expertise, the humility he possesses is a rare quality. He embodies the words of John Wooden, the legendary UCLA basketball coach: “It’s what you learn after you know it all that really counts”.

Erik works in a really challenging environment – one that is relentlessly outcome focused and as a Sales Leader, the pressure can be intense. Erik never takes the line of least resistance for himself and for his team – this is a man who knows what he stands for when it comes to performance and as a result, delivers consistently high results with a team that feels good about their work as a result of his leadership.

One of the things that has really impressed us is how, in the face of great adversity and challenge, he has continued to apply high performance principles to himself and to others, even when it may not have been fashionable to do so – he has demonstrated that you can help others get better at what they do even if the context is not 100% supportive. Because of that Erik Frank has created a performance legacy for those who have had the privilege to work with him. We share that privilege.

Hall of Fame
Our purpose is to help the corporate world to think, prepare and perform like world class athletes. Being world class means consistently demonstrating qualities that epitomise the elite and make them different from the ordinary, and the people in this Hall of Fame have shown themselves to be extraordinary in doing that

They adhere to the principles of high performance, especially when times are tough
They apply high performance principles consistently, not as a one off
They’ve internalised the principles and value using them
They role model them
They've done these things effectively to drive results
They have a drive to continue their performance journey and keep setting higher standards
We feel proud to have worked with them

We’re privileged to know some people who, in our view, are world class in their chosen field. This section of the website is to celebrate these people and shares their stories.
