The Why – Ali G loves sharing what she knows about psychology with anyone who’ll listen, so regularly being given new audiences to get to know is ideal for her. As an avid student of human behaviour, Ali just gets a buzz out of applying everything she knows about developing talent to everyone she’s lucky enough to work with.

The How – No nonsense, full of energy and enthusiasm for the work she does, Ali engages the people she works with from the moment she meets them. You can be sure anything you’re hearing has a sound scientific and real world base to it as Ali uses her great qualifications and experience to constantly ensure the right theory is used at the right time, in the right way. Ali also loves to laugh and keep a light hearted approach to her work (often laughing too much at her own bad jokes), but at the end of the day, you’ll know Ali is all about driving you into action and giving you something concrete to go and work on straight away (with a list to tick off in all likelihood).

Never Stand Still – Ali is constantly working on making sure that we’re as strong as possible around the theory and science that sits beneath our work. Ali is also passionate about making sure that every i is dotted and t is crossed, well in advance, so that our, and her, preparation is second to none and we lead by example when it comes to excellence in preparation.
