The Why – Because Keith left his previous life as a Divisional MD of a FTSE 100 company and realised there was a great opportunity to establish a company that could help the corporate world think, prepare and perform like elite athletes. Keith is passionate about cutting to the point and helping people to focus on the things that will really help them fulfil their potential.

The How – Keith embodies all of the values of K2 in all of his work. Whether delivering to customers or creating new relationships, Keith does this with energy, intensity and authenticity. A combination of great corporate experience and superb coaching skills, Keith drives us and our customers with a tenacity that is infectious.

Never Stand Still – Keith took this on a little too literally and decided to become an ironman triathlete – he hasn’t stood still since. Keith has a constant drive and desire to raise the bar and move our performance forward. Never standing still is a way of being for Keith and our success to date (and in the future) is testament to him living this quality every day.
