The Who – Matt Barker, Operations Director

The Why – For a very long time Matt has been passionate about helping people lead healthier lives. As our guru of all things physical and health-related, Matt loves the chance to combine the “healthy body” concepts with the “healthy mind” science to really help people understand their performance in the most rounded way possible.

The How – As well as making sure all runs smoothly within the business, Matt is a superb coach who is constantly focused on making sure people go away from sessions feeling they have received something completely meaningful to them. Matt is also excellent at presenting incredibly practical advice in relation to the physical elements of performance, cutting through the myths and nonsense to deliver information that ultimately helps people be better at what they do.

Never Stand Still – Matt particularly likes this area as it’s an invitation to get people to think about moving more and receiving the health benefits associated with regular activity! Matt also loves change and if something isn’t broke, he’s been known to break it anyway just to see if changing it could make it better. Matt is always the first in the business to make sure we haven’t been doing the same things for too long and is always eager to bring in fresh thinking and new approaches to help deliver our messages with maximum relevance.
