The Why – Because being a racing engineer just wasn’t enough for Mike, when it was obvious to him that the smooth running mind of the driver was ultimately more important than the set up of the car. Since leaving the world of Formula 1 with Toyota behind, Mike has realised just how much he loves helping people fulfil their potential in a much more direct manner.

The How – With the obvious benefit of having the precise mind of an engineer and the detailed psychology knowledge from his Masters degree, Mike is superb at helping people build a detailed picture of the essential ingredients of success that are perfect for them. Being used to making every hundredth of a second count, Mike is also great at helping people identify the critical 1%ers that will make a significant difference to them over time.

Never Stand Still – Mike is continually challenging himself, both inside and outside of his career. Whether that's becoming an amateur triathlete (despite having a fear of water), or reinventing himself from engineer to psychologist, Mike consistantly ensures that if he’s challenging others to Never stand still, he’s also living by the same doctrine.
