The Who – Howard Davis, Commercial Director
The Why – Because, as a founding shareholder in the business, Howard wanted to make sure that his investment had the best chance of success, so took a very hands on role. Howard is also obsessed with human performance, so bringing his previous business experience to the party was an easy decision to make.
The How – Howard is constantly looking to see how and where we have opportunities to connect with like-minded organisations to move us to the next level in a journey as a business. He loves creating links that bring value to our partners, us and our customers. Howard applies the same focus and dedication to his role in the business that he uses to achieve some amazing personal sporting performances – he is a role model commitment for us all.
Never Stand Still – Not to be outdone by Keith, Howard thought that one Ironman triathlon wasn’t sufficient, so in the spirit of Never Standing Still, Howard has completed 11 Ironmans. He finished 8th in the UK’s first double Ironman and is now about to compete in his first triple Ironman! Where will it end?
