The Who – Jim Constable, Performance Coach

The Why – Because firstly, having worked in the Financial Services Industry for 15 years he decided money wasn’t everything! Since completing a sport science degree many years ago, Jim has a passion for sport and his move into the coaching world allowed him to see the importance and impact of working on people’s minds, rather than just their skills and knowledge. Jim is on a mission to make up for lost time!

The How – The self-proclaimed “tortoise” connects superbly with the individuals and teams he works with. Jim has a great database of stories and working examples that consistently bring the principles behind our work to life. Jim also has a great sense of humour and is superb at leading the line for us when it comes to connecting with the people we work with between our formal get togethers.

Never Stand Still – Jim is another member of the team who is on the road to having a Masters Degree in Sport Psychology. Jim is constantly on the look-out for new information, new stories and ways of combining them with tried and trusted methods. Jim also leads the line in making sure that what he knows about his own personality preferences result in him constantly challenging himself to get out of his comfort zone. And Jim likes comfort... a lot!
