Performance Intelligence

A couple of weeks ago we had the pleasure of taking the first group of non-K2 coaches through a workshop programme to get them ready for using Performance Intelligence in their coaching work.

We had two great days of sharing coaching experience and bringing to life the unique approach to supporting people that is PI. The coaches are now back in their businesses using the measurement tool, coaching with the PI framework and enjoying the benefits of this very straightforward way of helping become better at what they do.

The session went so well that we’re going to be running another workshop at the beginning of December, so watch this space for details of how you can become the next in what will be a very long line of PI-oneers.
