Here are the words of advice from golfing great to upcoming superstar Rory McIlroy before McIlroy’s final round at the US open this weekend:

“Just believe in yourself, play within yourself, understand yourself, understand what you can do, and do what you can do.”

That is so simple and so true. How does that apply to you in your world? What does believing in yourself actually mean? Trusting yourself and your abilities… What does playing within yourself mean and how does that sit alongside doing what you can do? You can’t do any more than that…
